Part of the overall Mount Gilead Estate Retirement Village. The construction block 3 comprises of Twenty-Eight (28) residential sole-occupancy units which are evenly distributed throughout four (4) storeys.

Two elevated residential towers at the heart of a new era in urban growth for Western Sydney. Breathtaking panoramic views and inspirational architecture raise the bar for affordable luxury high-rise living in Liverpool. The project consists of 210 residential apartments across two high rise towers, each being 11 and 9 levels in height above 3 basement levels.
PrincipleFlooring won the contract on 5/4/19 for all Carpet work (apartment bedrooms, common area corridors). Project estimate complete end of 2019.

Started Nov 2019 and completed Feb 2020, 5 levels 33 residential apartments at 121 Arbutus St Canley Height.
PrincipleFlooring supplied and installed vinyl floors throughout the 33 units including flooring, leveling, and commercial carpet in common areas.
